Life Legacy
Mrs. Betty Zane Bartlett, age 84, of Smyrna, Georgia, died Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at Northside Hospital-Cherokee in Canton, Georgia, following a period of declining health.
Born December 7, 1925 in Fort Fairfield, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Roy Alexander Clarke and Belle Kinniy Clarke. She was also preceded in death by her Husband, George Junior Bartlett. Mrs. Bartlett had worked in the Admissions Office of Autumn Breeze Nursing Home and was a member of the Cool Springs Baptist Church in Pickens County.
Survivors include, DAUGHTERS & SON-IN-LAW, Pamela White, of Jasper, Ga.; Paula and Danny Lambert, of Smyrna, Ga.; SON & DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, George Jr. and Kim Bartlett, of Roswell, Ga.; GRANDCHILDREN, Kimberly and Bill Allen, of Ball Ground, Ga.; Joshua David and Brittney White, of N.C.; Zachary White, of Roswell, Ga.; Charles Bartlett, of Amelia Island, Fla.; Kendall Bartlett, of Athens, Ga.; Heather and Run Sanh, of Hiram, Ga.; Lauren Lambert and Kylie Lambert, both of Smyrna, Ga.; GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, Bella White, of N.C.; and Emma Sanh, of Hiram, Ga.; SISTER, Leona Tickie Allen, of Maine.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 8, 2010, at the Cool Springs Baptist Church in Pickens County, the Rev. Eddie Martin will officiate, with entombment to follow in the Lake Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday Evening, August 7, 2010.
