Biography

Mrs. Frances Stafford age 79 of Jasper who passed away Monday morning June 18, 2012 at her home.

Born on March 5, 1933 Mrs. Stafford was the daughter of the late Dewey & Eunice White Garrett. She worked as a nurses aid with North West Home Health. Mr. Stafford was a member of the Jasper Church of God.

Funeral Service were held 2 PM Wednesday June 20, 2012 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Rev. Jerrold Young officiating. The interment followed in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her Children, Sandra & George Childers, Jr. Fairmount, Tim Stafford, Jasper, Jeff & Vanessa Stafford, Adairsville, Grandchildren, Johnna & Carl Phelps, Jr., Canton, Dondra & Allen Hendrix, Fairmount, Jasmine Clark, Adairsville, and Ezra Stafford, Adairsville, 6 Great-Grandchildren & 1 Great-Great-Grandchild also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hillard Stafford and Daughter Betty Jo Chastain.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Roper Funeral Home & Crematory of Jasper.
