Mrs. Hightower was preceded in death by her husband, Samson Hightower; son, Scott Hightower; and daughter, Wanda Rowell. Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Jean Carney and her husband, Kenneth, of Dawsonville; son, Keith Hightower of Talking Rock. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Hightower officiating. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Monday, October 31, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
