She was born June 9, 1941 to Walden George and Lillie Mae Turner in Jasper. Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Regena and Kevin McTaggart of Jasper; grandson, Wesley Reynolds of Marble Hill; granddaughters, Katie and Tyler Wilson of Ellijay, Lanie and Royce Latty of Talking Rock; great-grandchildren, Mackena, Aubree, Bryce, Bailey; sisters, Barbara and Randy Chumley of Marble Hill, Beverly and Barney Hammond of Cumming; her dogs, Gingy and Buffy; and cat, Shadow. Several nieces, nephews, and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene Reynolds; sons, Jimmy Reynolds, Christopher Reynolds, Eddie Reynolds; and brother, Charles Turner. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2026 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday, March 23, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
