She was born December 3, 1958 to Charles and Avonne Brewer in Atlanta, Georgia. She found her greatest joy in her family, especially her four beloved grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure. Whether she was traveling to new places, relaxing at the beach, or setting sail on a cruise, she embraced life with a spirit of adventure. She was a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves and rarely missed a chance to cheer them on. She especially loved all things Christmas-the lights, the traditions, and the joy it brought to those she loved. More than anything, she cherished being present for her grandchildren-faithfully attending their games, celebrating their achievements, and encouraging them every step of the way. Her love, warmth, and enthusiasm will forever be remembered. Betty is survived by her husband, Don Wilson of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Ryan Neal of Roswell; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Kelly Wilson of Canton; grandchildren, Reese, Brooklyn, Pierce, Preston; and brother, Thomas Brewer of Flowery Branch. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Avonne Brewer; brother, Dr. Charles H. Brewer, Jr. Services will be held 2:00 p.m.; Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church with Pastor Dana Ezell and Reverend Mark Jordan officiating.
