She was born October 30, 1950 to James Etzel and Marion Blanche Minnerly in Houston, Texas. Brenda is survived by her husband, David Pike of Jasper; daughter, Alison Plumley of Jasper; sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Lisa Pike of Madison, MS, Joshua Pike of Jasper, Isaiah and Amy Pike of Jasper; grandchildren, Austin Plumley, Abby Plumley, Isabelle Pike, Mason Pike, Marcus Pike, Easton Pike, and Brody Pike. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elissa Hively.
