Carl was born on January 26,1939 in Talking Rock, Georgia. He was the son of Carl Graham Perrow Sr. and Victoria Carver Perrow. Carl will be remembered for his love of building hotrods and machinery, riding motorcycles in competition, and on the road. He also loved working on the family land. Carl retired from Lockheed Martin as a Quality Control Supervisor after over 40 years of service. Carl is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Betty Jane Perrow; daughter and sons, Dawn Marie DeLeusomme (Charles), Michael Barry Perrow (Susan), and Gregory Alan Perrow; grandchildren, Jason Alan DeLeusomme, Jerred Blake Stephens, Jordan Alexander Stephens, Reagan Elizabeth Stephens; and great grandson, Jason Alan DeLeusomme Jr. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Graham Perrow Sr and Victoria Perrow; and his sister, Vivian McCampbell. Visitation will be held on June 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Roper Funeral Home and Crematory, 206 Holly Street; Jasper, GA 30143, with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Ball Creek Baptist Church; 11340 Highway 136 West; Talking Rock, Georgia 30175.
