She was born January 20, 1935. Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, R. Kenneth Blazier; daughters, Gloria Slavin of Grand Junction, Colorado, Robin Triplett of Dalton, Georgia, and Kelly Frazier of Rome, Georgia. Carolyn was a truly unique individual, who used her artistic and creative abilities. She was well known for her company "La Botanique, Inc." a floral decorative accessories wholesale company. Her designs were sold internationally. No services are to be held at this time. In lieu of flowers please donate to the "Pruitt Cares Foundation".
