He was born April 10, 1943 to Kenneth and Roberta Riker in Rochester, New York. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Charles is survived by his stepdaughter, Cindy Robbins (Mike) of Jacksonville, Florida; stepson, Robert "Robby" Johnson of Middleburg, Florida; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Carl Barkoskie of Screven, Georgia, Richard Barkoskie (Sharon) of Jacksonville, Florida, Sarah Stalvey (Jerry) of St. Augustine, Florida; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Marlene Riker. A private family service will be held in Jacksonville, Florida at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
