Claudia is survived by her daughter, Sharon Gramling; sister, Minalee Mullinax; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Diane Dean; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Lula Dean; her husband, John D. Buckner; her son, Johnny D. Buckner; her grandson, Jason Alan Gramling; and her brother, Herbert Dean. She was a longtime member of Ball Creek Baptist Church in Talking Rock. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 17, 2023 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Harold Cantrell officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband and son in the Ball Creek Baptist Church Cemetery at 11340 Highway 136 West; Talking Rock, GA 30175. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be made to Ball Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund at PO Box 52; Talking Rock, GA 30175.
