She was born February 7, 1962 to James Henry and Pernell Woody in Ellijay, Georgia. Debra is survived by her husband, David Chadwick of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Nathan Hurst of Big Canoe; son, Matt Chadwick of Canton; daughter, Breann Chadwick of Jasper; son, Mathew Chadwick of Jasper; son, George Chadwick of Jasper; daughter, Brenda Chadwick of Big Canoe; grandchildren, Chyanne Cocker of Jasper, Alex Hurst of Arizona, Elijah Stargel of Big Canoe; and sister, Cathy Carringer of Ellijay. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday February 19, 2023 at 2:00pm at Journey Church at 26 Southbrook Drive, Jasper, GA 30143.
