He is survived by his wife, Angela Latty; daughter and son-in-law, Jessi and Ethan Cross of Oneida, TN; stepson and daughter-in-law, Royce and Lanie Latty of Talking Rock, GA; son and daughter-in-law Brandon and Sadie Creson of Howard City, MI; son and daughter-in-law Stewart and Kelly Creson of Jasper, GA; grandkids, Kylie Cross, Zane Creson, and Millie and Maddie Creson; his Aunt Genell Kilpatrick; cousins, Billy, Bobby, and Joey Kilpatrick, Sherry Conley and their spouses; along with several other cousins and relatives. Don was an avid hunter and outdoorsman that loved his family and anything to do with a motor, guns, and the outdoors. His children have many memories with him hunting, fishing, riding, and a ton of funny jokes and laughter. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family has set up an account for donations to his grandchildren's trust funds via VENMO - JessicaCross@JessiCross.
