Donna was born on November 8, 1945 to Paul Robert and Dorothy Mae Jones Roth in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was a graduate of Garfield High School and Indiana State University. Donna was belovedly known as Mom, Gee, Aunt Sis, My Greatest Inspiration, Queenie and as My Soulmate by her family and lifelong friends. Donna was preceded in death by her father, Robert Roth; mother, Dorothy Roth; and nephew, Jeremiah Thompson. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Chester Choy-Hee; daughter, Leslie Anne Roth Choy-Hee; and beloved grandsons, Henry and Oliver; sister and brother-in-law, Paula and Troy Trenary; nephews, Michael Trenary and David Trenary; cousin, Kathy Edwards and her husband Mike; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Eloise and Graham Thompson; niece, Liliuokalani and her husband Samuel Panarella; great-nieces, Sophia Panarella and Olivia Panarella; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Nancy Kappes Choy-Hee.
