Mullinax, age 85, of Hill City passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 at his home. He was born November 21, 1935 to Marion and Webbie Mullins in Jasper. Mr. Mullinax is survived by his wife, Dorothy Mullinax of Hill City; children, Ricky and Rhonda Mullinax of Jasper, David and Michelle Mullinax of Hill City; grandchildren, Sam and Kristin Mullinax of Hill City, Daniel Mullinax of Hill City; great grandchildren, Elizabeth Mullinax and Alexander Mullinax. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Buck Parker, Reverend Ronnie Ray, Reverend Sam Mullinax and Brother Ernest Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
