EC Carver, age 85, of Talking Rock, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at his home. He was born August 6, 1941 to Ernest and Annie Simmons Carver in Talking Rock, Georgia.

EC is survived by wife, Sandra Morris Carver; son, Earl Carver; grandchildren, Chris Carver, Dusty and Ashley Carver; great-grandchildren, Desiree Carver, Nevaeh Carver, Gracie Carver, Kyle Carver, Logan Carver, Lainey Mae Carver, Piper Noles, and Blakeley Noles.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2026 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Jasper.

The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
