She was born May 1, 1945 to Joseph and Helen Hinko in Chicago, Illinois. Eileen is survived by her husband, Rob Schultz of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Barbara Hinko of Homewood, Illinois; brother and sister-in-law, John and Cheryl Hinko of Clearwater, Florida; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Helen and Larry Dillon of Roundrock, Texas. Several other family members and loving friends also survive. When Eileen was asked how she was doing, she never complained. TIME is the one thing GOD gives every rich, poor, king, queen, worker equally. Spend it complaining and it disappears. Spend it giving, helping, loving and it creates a legacy. Eileen created a wonderful legacy through loving, caring, laughter, and always uplifting us constantly. She was one of a kind and GOD broke the mold when He made Eileen Hinko Schultz.
