Mrs. Whitaker is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sherrie and David Terry of Virginia; daughter, Judy White of Blairsville; daughter-in-law, Gloria Whitaker of Jasper; son, Paul Whitaker of Charlotte, NC. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. Fanny was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Whitaker; son, Benny Whitaker; son, David Whitaker; son, Marlon Whitaker; daughter, Patricia Whitaker; and son, David Thomas Whitaker. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 1, 2023 at Lake Forest Memorial Park with Pastor Ben Mock officiating.
