Fay is survived by sons and daughters-in-laws, Charles and Debbie Howard of Jasper, Wendell and Becky Howard of Ball Ground, grandchildren, Jeremy Howard, Gabriel Howard, Amanda and David Duncan and Misty Collett, great-grandchildren, Gage Howard, Ace Howard, Abigail Duncan, Anabelle Duncan, Isabelle Collett, Tristan Collett and son-in-law, Terry Goode. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Howard, daughter, Jody Goode and granddaughter Tonya Rena Goode. A memorial service is being planned.
