He was born August 31, 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia. Jason is survived by his children, Killian Ledbetter of Jasper, Justice Padgett of Jasper, Colton Patton of Jasper; parents, Charles and Deborah Ledbetter of Jasper; siblings, Raymond Ledbetter of Morganton, Kelly Knot of Lawrenceville, Michael Ledford of Jasper, Kevin Ledford of Jasper; Special Mom, Peggy Hitt of Dawsonville; mother of his children, Melissa Ledbetter of Talking Rock. One aunt, five uncles, several cousins, and nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 20, 2022 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Phillip McPherson officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Union Church Cemetery on Pleasant Union Road in Cherokee County. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
