He was born December 20, 1944 to G. P. and Kathleen Walker in Talking Rock, Georgia. Phillip is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sue Walker of Jasper; niece and nephew, Kim and Bill Lawrence of Jasper, Mickey and Anita Walker of Jasper, Cathy Morris of Buford; great-nieces and -nephews, Jessie Walker, Emily Walker Lawson, Chloe Walker James, Walker Lawrence, Will Lawrence; and great-great nephew, Jack Lawrence. He was preceded in death by his parents, G. P. and Kathleen Walker; sister, Doris Walker; sister and brother-in-law, Sadie and Larry Crawford.
