He was born May 4, 1980 to Jeffery and Donna McNeely in Bedford, Indiana. Jeremy is survived by his parents, Jeff and Jo McNeely of Talking Rock; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Cory Bannerman of Marietta; brother and sister-in-law, William and Eden (Andrews) McNeely of Powder Springs; grandmother, Barbara "Mamaw" Fish of Mitchell, Indiana; grandfather, Robin "Papaw" McNeely of Mitchell, Indiana; nieces and nephews, Connor, Logan, Sophia, and Miles. Several other family members also survive. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
