She was born December 6, 1940 to Edward and Annie Mae Falls in Ellijay, Georgia. Joyce is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Wanda Allen of White; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Jerry Painter of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law, Mackey and Debbie Falls of Talking Rock; sister, Ruth Davis of Ellijay; brother, Kenny Falls of Blue Ridge; grandchild, Kyle and Sara Allen; and great-grandchild, Anna Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Allen; mother, Annie Mae Couch; father, Edward Falls; brother, Bobby Falls; infant son, Ricky Allen; and infant sister, Linda Falls. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2023 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Jess Posey officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
