She was born April 15, 1953 to Charlie and Ruby Ponder in Ellijay, Georgia. Judy is survived by her son, Troy Lee Cannady of Jasper; daughter, Diane Marie Cannady of Jasper; grandchildren, Dakota Cannady and Christina Ann Cannady; siblings, Bob Ponder of Ellijay, Maxine Little of Ellijay. Funeral Services will be held 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2024 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Wallace Parks officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, make memorial donations to Mt. Pisgah Cemetery Fund.
