Martin Sr., age 88 of Jasper, Georgia passed away Monday, January 29, 2024 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain. He was born March 2, 1935 to Jesse and Bessie Martin in Barnesville, Georgia. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and the United States Army. Larry is survived by his wife, Pauline Martin of Jasper; daughters, Deanna Clerenger and Kelly Greenhill. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by son, Dean Martin; daughters, Vicky Sams and Donna Akins. Services will be held 9:30 a.m., Monday at Georgia National Cemetery. Interment will follow.
