She was born February 4, 1975 to Jerry and Brenda Higgins in Marietta, Georgia. Lisa is survived by her husband, Scott Morgan of Cumming; son, Cole Hall of Cumming; mother, Brenda Wilder Higgins of Jasper; brothers and sister-in-law, Jody and Scarlett Higgins of Canton, Jeff Higgins and Brandy Watson of Jasper; niece, Zaylee Higgins, Skylar Higgins; nephews, Tristan Higgins, Dallas Jarrett, Preston Barnes, Taylor Barnes; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pamela and Gene Arrant of Cumming. Other family members also survive. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Higgins.
