She was born to Fred and Audrey Clark of Portsmouth Virginia. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons Eric Collins and wife Cassandra and grandchildren Jaydin and Nikki, Sonny Duncan and wife Vicki and grandchildren Natalie and Jenny, Stevie Duncan and grandson Memphis, Joyce Sun and grandson RJ. She was predeceased by her husband Charles M. Duncan. She belonged to a large family of brothers and sisters Herbert Clark, Pauline Keene, Faye Vernon, Darlene Cologgi, Brenda Lemmo, Darrell Clark, Daniel Clark, David Clark, Denise Louka, Thad Clark, they shared a lifetime of love and friendships. She was loved deeply by her special niece Taree Dianellos and her children Dreama, Jack, and Theo. She took great pride in being an auntie to all her nieces and nephews.
