She was born October 28, 1922 to James and Dora Roach in Tate, Georgia. Mary is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Leron Moore Jr. and Delores Moore of Powder Springs; daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia and Terence Norman of Marietta, Alethia Dawkins and Dr. Reginald Dawkins of Smithville, Virginia; grandchildren, Marla Jo Moore, Joshua Moore, Ginny Francis, Terence Kellen Norman; brother, Truman Roach; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and many other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leron Moore, Sr.; brothers, Preston Roach, Grady Roach, and James Franklin Roach. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 8, 2021 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor.
