Whitlatch, age 78, of Waleska, Georgia passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at home. She was born July 16, 1943 to Elton and Etna Anderson in Roswell, New Mexico. Mary is survived by her three children: Ellen (Brian) Hill of Marietta, Dan (Brenda) Whitlatch of Waleska, David (Tammy) Whitlatch of Calhoun, one brother, Roger Anderson of El Paso, Texas, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Whitlatch and her parents, Elton and Etna Anderson. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 16, 2022 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Stewart and Dan Whitlatch officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
