She was born September 23, 1951 to Billy and Ouida Jacobs in Atlanta, Georgia. Pamela is survived by her husband, Phillip Wallace of Marble Hill; daughter, Kim Bobo of Acworth; son, Andy Wallace of Marietta; daughter, Jeanne Martin of Cartersville; grandchildren, Nathan and Jackie Wallace of Douglasville, Courtney Carter of Dallas, Megan Hill of Jasper, Nicholas Wallace and Logan Wallace; sister, Melissa Carter of Powder Springs; brothers, Vic Jacobs of Warner Robbins, David Jacobs of Hornbeak, Tennessee, and Mike Jacobs of New York; and five great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive. The Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Foothills Community Church with Reverend Charlie Parish officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Friday, January 14, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family will accept flowers or you make memorial donations to the charity of your choice.
