He was born June 14, 1944 to Parks Franklin and Jethel Kilgore in Gwinnett County. He proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserve. Everett is survived by his spouse, Pat Padgett Kilgore of Jasper; sons, Scott and Kim Kilgore of Milledgeville, Pedro Lubino of Jasper; granddaughters, Jasmine and Josh Boswell of Eatonton, Deanna & Jacob Missall of Warner Robins; great-grandchildren, Zebadiah Boswell, and Zinnia Boswell. Several nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. He was preceded in death by his son, Todd Kilgore; siblings, Gerald Kilgore, Claude Kilgore, Cecil Kilgore, and Evelyn Kilgore Camp. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 8, 2026 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral with Pastor Danny Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery at 2915 Salem Church Road; Jasper, GA 30143. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
