He was born November 7, 1948 to Robert Emmett and Evelyn Ada Childers in Jasper. Pat is survived by his wife, Deborah Childers of Jasper; daughter, Andrea Childers of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Leigh Ann and Jason Williams of Roswell; son and daughter-in-law, Patton W. and Mallory Childers II of Jasper; grandchildren, Sam Williams, Luke Williams, Mollie Williams, Harper Childers, Henley Childers; brothers and sisters-in-law, Norman and Jackie Childers of Jasper, Greg and Debbie Childers of Cumming; aunts, Melo Evans and Olga Satterfield; uncles, George Satterfield and Truman Childers. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 24, 2024 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Preston Jones and Reverend David Stuart officiating. A private, family interment will be held at a later date.
