He was a gifted jack-of-all-trades who never met something he couldn't fix or build. He sought adventure and adrenaline throughout his life. He loved riding motorcycles and dirt bikes with his children. He loved his family, and his passion, spirit, and tenacity will be remembered and deeply missed by those he loved. Phil is survived by his beloved wife; Skye; his sister and brother-in-law: Penny and John Kiefer; and his children and grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday September 14, 2025 at Roper Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Sunday September 14, 2025 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.
