She was born June 19, 1948 to Charles and Kathleen Rumsey in Marietta, Georgia. Rosie is survived by her husband, C. W. "Brock" Brock of Marietta; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Vanessa Brock of Amelia Island; grandsons Enzo and Eli; niece and caregivers, Leigh Ann and Gary Stephens; nieces and nephews, Todd and Kathy Beckett, Sharon and Stephen Wyatt, Steven and Christy Beckett, and Amy Beckett. Other family members also survive. She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Kathleen Rumsey and sister, Sandra Beckett. Funeral Services will be held 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 9, 2025 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Kris Stancil officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The family will accept flowers or donations may be made in Rosie's honor to the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville or Ronald McDonald House.
