Stephen is survived by his mother and step-mother, Jill Renee Lott and Kathleen Lott of Jasper; father, William "Ken" Barr of Berkley Springs, West Virginia; brother, John Barr of Portland, Oregon; sister and brother-in-law, Lauren and Eddie Harris of Jasper; sister, Leilani Lott of Marietta; sister, Brittany Barr of Jacksonville, Florida; uncle and aunt, Curtis and Cathy Kramer of Canton; uncle and aunt, Jason and Mary Hawk of Mountainburg, Arkansas; maternal grandmother, Joan Parks of Andrews, North Carolina; aunt and uncle, Jymme and Jesse Gann of Andrews, North Carolina; aunt and uncle, Julie and Jim Driskel; and the Tegeder and Knight Families. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Hawk; step-grandfather, Charles Parks; and step-grandfather, Tyronne Kramer. A Celebration of Life will be held August 10, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at LG's Gala Events Venue at 3760 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30068.
