He was born November 28, 1943 to Joseph Floyd and Sarah Ellen Greenwell in Louisville, Kentucky. Stephen is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Rob Maddaloni of Sebastian, Florida, Patricia and Duane Lever of Deerfield Beach, Florida; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Faye Greenwell of Chester, Virginia; grandchildren, C. J. Greenwell, Carter Greenwell, Trace Shaffer, Reece Shaffer, Cole Greenwell, Delaney Shaffer; sisters and brothers-in-law, Susan and Tom Speaher of Jasper, Cathie Sullivan of Summerfield, Florida, Fran and Ed Eppley of Dublin, Ohio, Beth and Craig Damanti of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Eve and Jim Mustain of Hollywood, Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dee Dodson Greenwell; and brother, Bobby Greenwell. A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 noon, Friday, November 18, 2022 at Tate United Methodist Church with Reverend Jason Foster officiating.
