She was born May 6, 1947 to Edmond Charles and Lucile Allen in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Susan is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Parker of Jasper; daughter, Heather Kelly of Vidalia, Georgia; grandson, James Burkham of Tyler, Texas; sister, Barbara Blakeney of Acworth; step-son, Billy Parker of Jasper; step-daughter, Delene Potts of Jasper; step-grandsons, Sloan Parker of Woodstock, Chris Hogan of Marietta; and one step-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Allen. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 11:00am with Rev. Alan Day officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
