She was born October 16, 1964 in Jasper. Tammie is survived by her daughter, Brandi Voyles of Jasper; sister and brother-in-law, Deanna and Jim Moore of Talking Rock; close family friend, Jimmy Young of Jasper; brother, James Godfrey of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law, Shanahn and Silvia Smith of Louisiana; mother, Wanda Brooks of Louisiana; father Jackie Voyles of Tate. Several nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. She was preceded in death by her brother, Judd Voyles. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to go toward the funeral and the care of her daughter will be accepted.
