He was born August 7, 1956 to L. T. and Flora Nell Nichols in Canton, Georgia. Terry is survived by his wife, Sarah Nichols of Ellijay; daughter and son-in-law, April and Harley Henson of Talking Rock; son and daughter-in-law, John and Tyra Day of Ellijay; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Betty Jo Nichols of Cumming; brothers, Eddie Nichols of Dawsonville, Ricky Nichols of Dawsonville; brother-in-law, Truman Anglin of Acworth; sister-in-law, Hope Koehler of Dawsonville; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Flora Nell and L.T. Nichols; sisters, Joyce Terry and Lisa Huggins. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
