Tracy was born on September 7, 1970 in Jasper to Jackie Popham and Gail Chapman Popham. Survivors include: mother and step father, Gail and Jackie Jarrett of Nelson; brother, Shane Popham (Dave) of Nelson; best friend, Molly. Other family members also survive. Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Jackie Popham and grandparents, Hoyt and Gladys Chapman, and Luther and Ada Popham. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Brother Steven Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethesda Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbears will be Scott Jordan, Riley Jordan, Jacob Chapman, Steven Cantrell, Kayden Morris, Carlos Tomas, Mark Eubanks, and Joey Miller. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
