He was born August 13, 1944 to Wilbur C. Creech, Sr. and Francis Creech in Decatur, Georgia. Buddy is survived by his son, Troy Creech of Ball Ground; daughter and son-in-law, Tamara and John Wood of Clarksville; grandchildren, Dustin and Jessica Rogers of Covington, Cody and Casey Leatherwood of Gainesville, Alexandria and Johnathan Fuqua of Mansfield, Savannah and Dillon Brewster of Gainesville, Maxwell Turcotte of Loganville, Gabrielle Turcotte of Gainesville, Jessica and Johnathan Ippich of Jasper, Cade and Alisa Creech of Canton; great-grandchildren, Leigh Rogers, Ella Leatherwood, Titus Leatherwood, Willow Fuqua, Josephine Fuqua, Paisley Brewster, Lillian Brewster, and Salem Ippich. He was preceded in death by parents, Wilbur Creech, Sr. and Francis Creech and sister, Peggy Clemons. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2025 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and relatives from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place; Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
